Community Housing Aotearoa (CHA) - Auckland Unitary Plan
Community Housing Aotearoa (CHA) is the representative body that binds New Zealand's community housing sector together. CHA was a submitter on the Auckland Unitary Plan (AUP) and Vision Planning is proud to be assisting it to engage meaningfully in the AUP hearing process. In this role, Vicki is project managing CHA's involvement and assisting with the formulation of evidence on matters such as retained affordable housing and density bonus provisions.
