The proposed Henley Downs Zone plan change to the QLDC District Plan - This involved the processing of private plan change 44 (Henley Downs Zone) for the Queenstown Lakes District Council; a residential area catering for up to 2400 houses. The hearing for this Plan Change was held in mid 2015.
