Town Centre chapters of the Queenstown Lakes Proposed District Plan
In 2016, Vision Planning prepared the S42A report on submissions to the Queenstown and Wanaka Town Centre chapters of the Queenstown Lakes District Proposed District Plan. In Queenstown in particular, there were a relatively large number of submissions with submitters raising concerns in relation to a wide range of issues including noise, urban design, building height, and the waterfront area.
